This is my first time shopping in Nordstrom, I'm satisfied with it, except they forgot it to put my gift with purchase in my package. After contacting customer service, they admit to send me the gift with free shipping. Now I've got the items that I bought and I'm waiting for my gift.

I was looking for a special item for Christmas, no one had it, but I found it at Nordstrom. The price was the same as other stores, but when I bought the item, it also came with a special edition snow globe. Bonus gift for my recipient, nice! The site was easy to navigate and the gifts came nicely packed and very quick. I think it took 2 days. I was so satisfied with my purchase, I will definitely shop here again. The Cash-back is also nice. Great store!

The sale prices were great, and easy to sort through what's available by size, color, and so on. I was also able to use a promo coupon for free shipping, so the overall savings made it a good deal.

Overall had a good experience. Nice interface. Got a Betty Johnson dress that I really like.
I believe shipping is $5 flat. Occasionally, there are free shipping offers, you can possibly look out for that. I believe shipping is via USPS. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail. That was a nice extra touch. Easy returns at Nordstrom stores I believe.

What can you say. It's Nordstrom. Just like shopping at the brick and mortar store, only more convenient. Website design is excellent, easy to navigate. Check out is a breeze. Their $5 shipping is great, only thing better is when they have free shipping like I just got on my order for two pair of shoes. Oh...since their are so many B&M stores returns are easy and free.

What can I say? It's Nordstrom! The website is very user friendly and carries a lot of things that the store does not. And if something doesn't work out, you can easily ship it back or just return the item directly to the store without any hassle.

I love this site. There are no Nordstrom stores in my area so I enjoy online ordering very much. I like the ease of being able to search within the site for just what I'm looking for. I especially appreciate the selection of clothing and shoes and the $5 shipping can't be beat!

Everything was in stock and came right away (I have purchased through their site many times). Thankfully I have never had to use their customer service. The only negative I feel is that since they do not have to pay as much for the support personnel and the store upkeep (as they do when you shop in their stores), they should pay for the shipping and handling.

Nordstrom is a great place to buy luxury items. I like their selection of dress shirts. The store is easy to shop. But they really aren't known for sales or coupon codes so be prepared to pay full price. The $5 shipping they have now is reasonable.

I have dealt with Nordstroms in the past. The prices are on the high side, but service is great. They have size 12EE shoes, so hard to find. I would gladly tell friends to browse this site.
