Website is easy to navigate and high tech, allowing 360 degree views of product (iPod nano) and full description. Free engraving and shipping. My only criticism is they are pricey.

The Apple store is really good for it is very easy to navigate. It also has a great selection of products and at reasonable prices. Ordering products was also very easy and did not take a lot of time.

Apple has one of the most well designed websites available. Checkout was a breeze with step by step instructions. I did not feel like there were any security issues to worry about. Thanks Apple!

What makes Apple so unique is that it is offers high quality products with cutting edge technology that are fun to use as well as simple. The extra price that you pay for their products are definitely justified for they "just work" as they should. Customer service is an extra plus because it is actually "Customer Service", not some support personnel trained to make you feel like dirt because something is wrong with their product. Give Apple a try and enjoy the simple things in life again.

It was VERY easy to order from Apple online. They had a GREAT selection of ipod's and accessories. I wish they had lower prices and military discounts.
I had no need to contact Customer Service
