I have purchased everything from tools to clothing to an washer and dryer on Sears.com. Pricing is very good and I have received cash refunds when items have subsequently gone on sale after my purchase. A quick call to customer service and the credit is issued. The customer service folks are a pleasure to deal with and go the extra distance to please

I had a bad experience with Sears. Products listed were not described properly, resulting in items being purchased that I could not use. Customer service is generic and non-resolving of problems. Prices are high. I would do comparative shopping before purchasing with them again.

I purchased an outdoor fire-pit for my patio. I ordered it online and used their pick-up at the store option. It was available for pick-up one hour after I placed my online order. It doesn't get any better than that!!
Quality of the merchandise was great. Just as described on site. Price was fair. It was easy to pick-up. They brought it out to the car!

Good prices on major appliances, especially when they are on sale and when one can get free shipping or rebates. Convenient for those who do not drive and cannot get to the stores. Their rebate (1 %) could be higher, though.

This is one of the few sites that I give a perfect 10! I've shopped Sears for decades and their .com store is great. The prices are comparable, and they have sales every week. I ordered a dishwasher for my son, and shipping was reasonable and very FAST. The customer service is always friendly, and no hassle returns, too. I've been ordering from their .com store for quite some time now, and can't even remember the last time I set foot into their store. Their site is easy to maneuver and checkout is a breeze. You can't beat Sears for quality merchandise and GREAT sales on major appliances. I've bought all my appliances thru Sears, on sale, and also purchased their extended warranties. You can group all your appliances and electronics into one policy, save a lot of money, AND they will even cover items you bought somewhere else!! All in all, a grand slam of a site!
