I have been very pleased with the service I have received at shoes.com. Their shoes are priced very competitively. I love the ease of shopping online and the no hassle returns. It sure beats trying to get someone to help me at a department store shoe department. I highly recommend Shoes.com.

I love the free shipping and returns. I am not afraid to order a shoe that might not fit. I have always gotten a prompt email advising shipment returned and credit has been made.

Shoes.com is a great example of an e-tailer who knows how to get repeat buys even when the first one isn't right. In a nutshell: ordered a shoe that turned out to be the wrong size, despite my best guess, given the style. (4.5 inch heel.) I printed out a return label, shipped them back (the size I now knew would be right wasn't available) and got a very fast refund. I was kept up to date at every stage.
During this time, I was also waiting and waiting and WAITING for a refund from Amazon for a shoe purchase. The contrast could not have been more striking.

Shoes.com has pretty good selection of shoes, with all the top name brands. I really like how you can view the shoe from all angles. They do offer free shipping and free returns, which makes shoe shopping online pain free.

Shoes.com is basically a carbon copy of Zappos service wise. They offer the same free returns, same free shipping both ways, and the same overall excellent customer service.
Their selection is good, but not great. They don't have every popular brand, and they don't have every style, but the ones they do have are priced well.
Also watch for their Saturday sale, which offers some huge discounts on great shoes the first Saturday of every month!

I love Shoes.com! Granted, I love Zappos.com a little more (better overall price, quicker shipping, wider selection), but Shoes.com definitely is a great site for shoe lovers. They always have free shipping and once a month or so offer Saturday sales where you can find some great bargains. With the added cash-back from Mr. Rebates, you can get an even better deal!

An excellent site for shoes. They have a very good selection. And generally they have good prices. There are some real bargains on some items. Add in the free shipping and Mr. Rebates discount and its tough to beat their prices. Extremely fast shipping. Overall a very positive experience.

Shoes.com is an easy site to use. It's great that you can pick the catagory of shoes and your size and only have to pick from those, it is a time saver. Returns and shipping are free. I love that. The prices are not as good as shoemall.com but the selection here is better. If you have hard to fit feet, it is great.

This is a great website to buy shoes online. They have an excellent selection, shipping is free and they give you plenty of time to return if you need to (plus returns are free shipping). I have ordered several times (you can never have too many shoes) and have always received my order quickly and without any problems. I would definitely recommend this website!!

Shopping and returns are very easy. The return policy is very generous. They do have some good coupons now and then so it's worth looking for those. I recommend the store.
