The online experience was fantastic. However, I used in-store pick-up. The store was quick to email me to tell me to pick-up my order (less than 24 hours). However, I stood at an empty Customer Service counter for 10 minutes while help just watched me. I stopped someone on the floor to help me pick up my order and they replied 'that isn't my job'. Finally, 10 more minutes later, it took two people to bring out my order. I would order from them again, the products are great. I just might have it delivered.

Good selection. Their web site is a little confusing, especially the order process. The in-store pick up is a nice feature that saves shipping costs. Coupons are usually available that make pricing competitive.

They have many items for the home. A nice feature is that you can find out if item is available at your nearby store and place the order as a Store Pick-up. The store will pull your order and have it waiting at the Customer Service desk for you. The checkout is quick, all you have to do is show your email receipt and ID. It saves time roaming through the store trying to find the item you want. And it definitely beats having to pay shipping charges.

Linens 'n Things has a wide selection of items for your home. Everything is broken down into sections, making it easier to find what you are looking for. Occasionally, they offer coupons for your online purchases. Shipping was a little bit on the higher side and not very fast for the price.
