Item arrived quickly but later realized the dates on the $80 worth of coffee I ordered were expired. Could not return to store because I used Google checkout and shipping it back would have raised the price of it another 15 bucks so just kept it. Coffee was no bargain to begin with either. Not sure if I would purchase from them again.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Linen-N-Things. Some of the items I purchased were very low price. So low until I thought they would not be very good quality. Boy was I surprised when I received my order. The quality was great. Because of their great prices I will definitely shop there again. At Linen-N-Things I now know that low price means great price not low quality. The only thing I had concerns about was the fact that the items were supposed to be shipped UPS but was actually shipped US postal service which does not provide online tracking. But I can not complain as the items arrived sooner than expected. So I am sure they chose the shipping method base on speed of delivery and price. Overall I am very pleased.

Linens 'n Things has a good variety of items to choose from. There are detailed pictures of the items. The checkout process is very easy. The processing of my order was much quicker than I expected; my order was shipped out the next business day after I placed it. Please open a store in Manhattan or Queens in New York City so I can browse in person!

I hesitated to order FiestaWare dishes online from any source, fearing breakage en route. But the prices were good and the colors I wanted were in stock, so I took the chance. I'm very glad that I did! Today my order arrived and I was pleasantly surprised to see the great care L 'n' T took in packaging my order. Now that I know how conscientious they are, I will return without concern.

The best part about the online shopping experience was the fact that they apparently check inventory (local store or centrally) right away. I knew exactly how many of an item were available and how many they could send me without needing any follow-up emails, etc. Some stores won't let you know until after you place the order whether or not something isn't available or is backordered.

This was my first time buying from LNT. The price was good and if my rebate arrives as promised, will have received an excellent deal. Some confusion at the store when I went to pickup my merchandise, but was quickly resolved. Product was pot and pan set and is good quality. Would recommend shopping at this store.

Shipping for online orders is much faster than expected but customer service still needs to improve. Sometimes outsourcing is not a good deal for customers who try to resolve some issue with the customer service of a company. These outsourcing customer service is truly a drag for American shoppers. LNT probably one of the average rating customer service company (at least it doesn't use outsourcing customer service so far).

This store has many bargains when you take advantage of the coupons and rebates. There is a big variety of things to pick from. There are great bargains in the clearance department.

The store has many deals if you take advantage of rebates. Also, the clearance section has many good deals as well. If you live near the store, you could place an order for a store pick up and save on shipping charge. They will send an order confirmation email right after you place an order, and send a shipping confirmation with tracking number when the item ships.

I gave this store a 1 rating due to the complications in my ordering process. The site itself, however, is decent. It can be a pain to navigate, but ordering and checking out are a breeze. It's after you place your order the problems start. I recently purchased two items. A coffee pot and a paper towel holder. When I ordered I received an email saying my order had been received and my card would be charged upon shipping. That is the last email I got. When I tried to look up my order it was unavailable. My card was charged the same day. However, it took 3 weeks for the items to get here, and when they did, I received two paper towel holders (not even the one I ordered) and no coffee pot. When I tried the 24 hr customer service line I was put on hold for 45 min and then hung up on. I will not be shopping here again.

I was in search of closet organizers and thought I'd check out Linens 'n Things instead of a more expensive store. It was easy to navigate and I found just what I needed. I had gift certificates and a coupon code to use from Mr. Rebates and it was very easy to input all of the codes. The discounts were taken right away (I've used some at some stores where they charge the entire amount and then add the amount of the gift card back to your card later). The prices for what I got were very good except for shipping. The shipping cost seemed kind of high. I will keep an eye out for shipping specials.
