By participating in the Scratch & Score with Mr. Rebates promotion (the “Promotion”), you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Mr. Rebates, Inc., which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Mr. Rebates, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 15th, 2026 and ends on June 21st, 2026 11:59 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of participation, and who have or create a valid Mr. Rebates account during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Participate

Eligible participants may access the Promotion page during the Promotion Period and follow the on-screen instructions to receive one (1) scratch ticket per day per valid Mr. Rebates account, subject to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s verification procedures.

Participants may be eligible to receive one (1) additional bonus scratch ticket per day if made available by Sponsor through a designated sharing feature or other promotional method described on the Promotion page. Any such bonus opportunity is subject to Sponsor verification and may be modified, limited, or discontinued by Sponsor at any time in its sole discretion.

All scratch tickets are generated and determined by Sponsor’s server-side systems. The visual appearance of the scratch ticket is for entertainment and reveal purposes only. The outcome of each ticket is predetermined at the time the ticket is issued by Sponsor’s systems.

5. Ticket Limits

Limit one (1) regular scratch ticket per eligible account per day during the Promotion Period. If offered, limit one (1) bonus scratch ticket per eligible account per day during the Promotion Period. Additional attempts beyond the stated limits may be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, creates multiple accounts, uses automated means, or otherwise attempts to circumvent these limits or the fair operation of the Promotion.

6. Prize Odds and Prize Structure

Prize outcomes are based on a fixed programmed ticket mapping as determined by Sponsor’s systems. No participant action, including scratching method, speed, or timing, will affect the outcome of a valid issued ticket.

Prizes, if awarded and validated, may be credited to a winner’s Mr. Rebates account as available rebates, bonus cash, promotional credit, or other form of account credit, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and as described on the Promotion page. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize fulfillment becomes unavailable for any reason.

8. Winner Determination and Verification

Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until the participant’s eligibility, account status, compliance with these Official Rules, and winning ticket result have been verified by Sponsor. Sponsor may invalidate any ticket or participation attempt that it determines, in its sole discretion, was generated, accessed, completed, or claimed in violation of these Official Rules or through fraud, tampering, technical manipulation, or abuse.

Sponsor reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding any prize.

9. Prize Credits and Taxes

Any prize credited to a participant’s account may be subject to additional verification, processing time, minimum account standards, anti-fraud review, or other account requirements established by Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes, and any other fees or costs associated with prize receipt, use, or redemption. Sponsor may issue any tax forms required by law.

10. Referral and Sharing Features

If Sponsor offers a sharing or referral feature in connection with the Promotion, any participation, bonus ticket, or referral benefit arising from such feature is subject to verification. Sponsor may limit or void any bonus ticket, referral benefit, or related participation resulting from suspected abuse, self-referral, fake accounts, automated activity, or any conduct Sponsor determines undermines the integrity or intended operation of the Promotion.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes, if any, based on eligible valid tickets issued prior to the impairment, or to take any other action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, tickets, communications, claims, or technical errors of any kind, including without limitation malfunctioning hardware, software, browsers, networks, servers, or telecommunications systems; interruptions in service; failed or unavailable internet connections; or unauthorized human intervention.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize, including, but not limited to, technical errors, unauthorized intervention, printing errors, human errors, or any other errors in the administration of the Promotion.

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, city/state of residence, likeness, statements, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional notice, permission, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs
