Q. Are orders placed via telephone eligible for cash back rebates?

A. Unfortunately, telephone orders or live chat orders do not qualify for cash back rebates at Mr. Rebates.

In order to qualify for cash back rebates, purchases must be fully completed by clicking through a respective cash back store link and the order must be completed by the user online with no customer service intervention.

Tip: If customer service must be contacted then make sure you do not let customer service generate the order for you as that will not qualify for cash back rebates. Politely tell customer service that you will finish the order yourself online as you are part of a rewards program called Mr. Rebates.
