Q. Why does a claim have to be opened for a missing cash back rebate?
A. Mr. Rebates funds your cash back through commissions on your purchases. When a rebate does not post automatically, this indicates we have not received a commission. We need the merchant to verify that it will compensate Mr. Rebates before a manual rebate can be added to an account.
