"Page Cannot Be Displayed" Error in Browser:

If you are clicking on cash back stores from Mr. Rebates and receive a "Cannot Find Server" or "This page cannot be displayed" error then the most common problem is a "host" file which blocks servers that we use to help track rebates.  Please follow the steps below to help fix this problem on your computer:

1.  Open 'My Computer' or 'Windows Explorer' then navigate to the following folder and filename

• For Windows 7, 8 or 10, Vista or XP go to:   c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\
• For Windows NT/2000 go to:   c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\

2.  Click and highlight the file named "hosts", press F2 to rename it from hosts to hosts.bak, then try clicking on stores again.

3.  If that didn't work try disabling any ad/popup blocker, or Internet security software, then clear your browser's cache and try again.
