Ordered an item on Black Friday and received an order confirmation for the item that my order was accepted. However after further checking through their website the order had been automatically canceled. I never received an e-mail that stated this so I never would have known had I not checked a short time later. Customer service was no help saying that they had a rush of orders all at once and their system couldn't keep up(even though it seems that the cancellation happened immediately after the order was placed). What do you expect when you advertise a low price on an item. It seems that a company of this size could have a real time order system, especially since most of their business is to other companies. It just seems that the kept the deal up on their website to try to generate more business even though they knew they were out of stock of the item. They should have honored all of the orders that their system accepted and then fixed it so it wouldn't do it again. This is usually what other companies do (like Dell) unless it was a price mistake which it wasn't. Anyways do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere with a company that doesn't give you the run-around and actually will have the item that they advertise in stock or at least will honor the price that it was sold for. I know I won't be shopping here again and will make sure that if anyone else asks about this company I will tell them about my bad experience with them.

I give them all tens. Our business uses a specific printer. It's the only one we have found that works best for printing our postcards. They had the printer I needed at the best price with free shipping. It was easy to order and I got it fast. I won't hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks PC Connection

I am very pleased with my shopping experience with PC Connection. I ordered a Canon camera on a Wednesday and had it by Friday of that same week.
Good price, no tax, and free shipping is why I decided to go with this store.
I will look to PC Connection again when I am in the need of a new electronic item.

This is the second iPod that I've purchased from PC Connection and I am very pleased with their service and will definitely order from them again. They have the best rebate program so I've paid less for both iPods that I've purchased in the last year then I would have been able to get them for from any other site. Their site is easy to maneuver through and the rebate forms can be printed directly from the item page. The shipping was lightning fast. I ordered the iPod on Friday afternoon and when I woke up Saturday morning to read my e-mail I found that the iPod had already shipped and was in transit (that was for regular ground shipping, too). I do most of my purchasing online and PC Connection ranks right up there with the best of them.

The item I purchased was reasonably priced and shipped very quickly! This was our first experience with PC Connection, and we are very pleased. We bought a Hans 19"monitor (DVI/Analog) and it works great. We also notice that PC Connection has competitively priced items, and tends to be a lower in price on technology products. We will definitely be checking out PC Connection in the near future.
