I've bought several collectibles from CollectiblesToday (Bradford Ex.) over the past two years and each experience has been the same. A very long wait time to receive the collectible--in some cases it's been 4 months before I received my items, poor customer service, and poor shipping.
Some of the pieces I have bought have been very expensive and you would think that customer service would provide a tracking number so if an item was lost, they would know what actually happened. Luckily, they will refund you if that should happen. But overall, I have to give this company a thumbs down for customer service. Most recently, I experienced the frustration of inventory not being updated on the website. I placed an order for a collectible plate I very much wanted only to receive an email from customer service stating said item is no longer available. That item is still sitting on the site weeks later.
However, if you are in the market to buy some very nice collectibles this is the place to shop which is why I keep coming back. Just don't expect great service.

I have found a couple items I never saw anywhere else. I've used the subscription plan for those purchases and it made it so simple to get the whole collection. The prices are comparable to the prices you find in stores and it's just so easy to do, not having to drive somewhere to get the items. I love to collect and I love to shop online!!
