Currently ordered a speciality item form a catalog on line. So very easy, and it had a special discount for a few days. I have ordered form them over the last 10 years and have always been pleased. Customer service was great, especially when they made a very big mistake. It was corrected quickly. I will continue shopping with them/

The items I ordered were shipped at the time requested with no mistakes. Company is similar to Swiss Colony, but I believe their pricing is a bit cheaper. If you get tired or ordering the same items from Swiss Colony, Figis seems to be a recommended alternative!

It was pretty easy to order. I thought they would have more selection though. It seems the catalog has more to chose from a slightly easier to order. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and they had exactly what I needed.
