I bought two shirts in Feb. with the coupon of a 3-piece tote bag gift. But it never came, and at first they promised to refund me if it didn't show up till end of April. But when I contact them again recently, no responsible feedback. It was the worst online purchase experience. I thought I have wasted too much time on communication with them. The wisest way should be to remind other people, and keep away from it Forever.

I have been shopping with La Redoute for a couple of years now. The clothes are great I think only once Ii had to return an item. I used their customer service once and they were very helpful and friendly.

This is an excellent site/catalog, I have been a customer for 30 years (back in France). The quality is exceptional and so unique.
Priced very reasonably these fashions are a must have!

I've ordered from La Redoute site many times and found them to be a real time saver and 9 times out of 10 their quality has been excellent
Clearance items tend to go fast so make sure you checkout fast. I enjoy shopping here and I can't wait for their next sale.

The sizes of this store's clothes run smaller than the actual American sizes. Though the clothes look nice online or on their catalogue, my experiences of wearing them are less satisfied. The quality of the clothes and return policy are the biggest problems to me.

I love their clothing and the prices are not bad either. Sometimes their clothing doesn’t look the same as it was on their website or catalogue. When I have had to make a return their custom service was great and they even refund my shipping. Overall, it’s not a bad place to shop for clothing.

LaRedoute offers some great styles at decent prices. Styles are supposedly French, though it's hard to believe that French women are walking around wearing some of the looks. Many of the fabrics used are sheer and/or extremely tight, which might not appeal to more conservative American consumers. The good news is that women needing smaller sizes are more likely to find decent items here--just be aware that the size charts don't always seem to conform well to US sizes.

La Redoute has great sales and great prices. A lot of their clothes look super-cute online/in the catalogue. However, I've found that products don't tend to be as cute in real life. I've had problems with sizing, colors, and quality of fabrics from this site. Also, they make you pay for return shipping and they don't allow you to combine coupon codes.

They offer styles similar to Express and The Limited. However, their prices are much more reasonable. They are my favorite clothing retailer, online and in stores!
