I have ordered three different subscriptions from this web site. The first two orders I had no problems with, however, the third, which I ordered and paid for in July, (near the end of October now), I still have not received. I have made contact with this site three times now and so far nothing has been resolved. Customer service advises I have not paid for the subscription, even though I have sent them the PayPal transaction ID, along with the date and time PayPal sent. Customer service is certainly friendly enough, but doesn't appear to have the initiative to really get into issues to resolve. Still working on it though!

I used NetMagazines twice for 2 different orders and both times had issues with non-delivery of the magazines. It took 4 months to go by before I contacted them to see why my magazines hadn't arrived yet, no explanation was available. With the help of a Better Business Bureau complaint, I was able to get my money back after waiting months for my magazines. I ordered directly from the magazine instead. They go by the name of "Allzines" also.

Good prices on magazine subscriptions although not as good as those of some other stores. Also, their rebate amount is not as high as that of some other magazine stores.

Prices are high compared to other online retailers, but with coupons available, prices turned out to be the best I could find for a two-year subscription. Overall, I was pleased.

I was able to renew my daughter's subscription at a lesser price than many other websites. The site was easy to maneuver and offered many wonderful choices. I will definitely use this merchant again to order subscriptions for myself.
