When I had a problem with customer service for packages not delivered and lost, no one could give me a straight answer on how to solve the problem. And now they have closed my account with no reasonable explanation. I have spoken to 3 different customer service representatives and online help and still no resolution to the problem. I have now sent a letter to the president of QVC. Considering I have been a customer for over 15 years this is no way to treat customers. They take your money very quickly but customer service and knowledge is sorely lacking. Beware the return policy is not very forgiving either.

Ordering from QVC was very easy to locate what I was looking for on there website. Customer service helped me out with sizing and any questions I had. I received the items promptly.

Watching QVC is a favorite past time for me. I love to watch the host and love the products. QVC always has unique products. There is never a problem returning an item if necessary. Thank you QVC.

I always have good experiences when ordering from them, everything is stated up front, when Customer Service is needed they are always very helpful and take care of any requests I have.

I like QVC for certain things like sheets and sometimes one or two things that you can't find anywhere else. There prices are outrageous sometimes. So far though I have been happy with what I have purchased from them. I am very picky about what I buy from them because if not, you might end up with a lot of junk and somethings you don't need. Overall, they are not that bad.

I have always had a pleasant experience when buying merchandise from QVC. Although I didn't use customer service for this particular purchase, when I have used customer service in the past, they have been extremely helpful. They always aim to please the customer and have a very good return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I always feel confident purchasing items from QVC.

I have shopped with QVC since 1992 and have been very pleased with my purchases. We have traveled to Lancaster, Pa to shop in the QVC outlet store at Rockvale Outlet Mall to get more bargains.
Just watching the demonstrations of the products is always informative and sometimes entertaining.

I never received a tracking number for package or a notification it was sent. It would have been nice to know when it was arriving being it was a Christmas present for my daughter.

I have probably bought way too much jewelry at QVC in the past few years, but I have been so happy with the quality of the pieces I have purchased there. I especially like the Eterna Gold line and the Black Hills Gold pieces. I am impressed with the designer lines that QVC has also, such as Michael Dawkins, Ann King, Lori Bonn, Judith Ripka, etc. Returns are easy, though the customer has to pay for the return shipping. Another thing that I like is the option of having UPS shipping, which is so easy to track at the UPS site.

I LOVE QVC, do most of my online shopping with them, no problems with returns--done quick & easy! Just found out about Mr. Rebates through their Community Forums, so now I'm extra happy since I'm saving even more!! I usually watch QVC all day long, but when I order I do it online because they have a quick, easy feature that allows you to place an order, and if you happen to change your mind, you can go right back online & cancel--no problem (as long as the item hasn't been prepared to ship out) This is just "good business" to me, and a great feature. Plus, it is just one of the reasons I shop QVC. Other sites are not as easy to cancel an order---QVC's cancellation policy works so well for me that when I do place an order and receive it, my returns to them are VERY minimal! I especially like that QVC will combine shipping on multiple items ordered. Also, they carry some well known brands (especially cosmetics & skin care) that are sold at high end stores and rarely go on sale, but QVC will put items together in "kits" and sell them for a better price than the stores. You also have 30 days to try an item and when they say "if for ANY reason you are not happy, you may return the item for a full refund" what other store lets you literally wear clothing, shoes, try on makeup and use it for a month and then return it if you don't like it??? Not many--that is why I've been shopping with QVC for several years and will continue to be a "dedicated customer!

This is a true pride operation. I have been doing business for many years and they are true to their word. If or when you have to use their customer service, they are very kind and treat you like a person not a number and solve your problem!!
