I shop at Kohl's all of the time. They have a great product selection and great pricds as well! I can almost always find coupons or get free shipping. You can return any items to the store rather than paying to ship them back.

Great prices when they have markdowns and specials. Their customer service is very good. Recently I received an order short 2 items that were listed as shipped on the invoice. Customer service took care of it right away - issuing me credits and sending out the missing merchandise.

I find that I do most of my back to school shopping with Kohls. You can't beat the prices when they have the 30% coupons.
The only complaint that I have is the length of time that it takes for your items to arrive when they offer free shipping. I have waited up to two weeks at times to receive my shipment.
I am on the whole pleased with Kohls. It's rare that I can't find something to buy there.

Kohls offers amazing discounts monthly if you have their store credit card. When you order online, you can use 2 codes per order (sometimes it's free shipping plus 30% off your purchase). The merchandise arrives faster then the time quoted for arrival. Returns are made simple to any Kohls store; no questions asked! I'm a Kohlie at heart.

Kohls has a huge selection of items and often have clearance sales and promotions. They are a one stop shop for the whole family. I dislike that they dump your cart if you don't check out soon enough and that the system sometimes doesn't adjust the stock of items when they sell out until you go to check out. They frequently offer free shipping with a $75 order which is nice.

Great discounts and found exactly what I had been looking for. Updated me via e-mail on confirmation of order and shipping. Provided tracking number and estimated delivery time. Purchases arrived promptly and before the estimated delivery time. Will definitely be back for more purchases as the ease of using online is better than in store purchases.

This is my all time favorite site! I go in every day and check their clearance and have already bought Christmas and birthday gifts for my grandchildren for this coming year. It is always easy to find coupon codes to get a % off ,and I can always find free shipping codes as I have a Kohl's card.

I have struggled with the online checkout with Kohls. I usually shop clearance and often times by the time I try to check out the items are gone and I have to try to figure out which items to remove from my bag. When I have contacted customer service via email, I get a generic answer and twice they have actually given me the wrong answer. I do admit I can find some good deals and that is why I continue to come back even through my frustration!

The only problem I have with Kohls is that their shipping rates are too much. For example, I liked a cap for $5, but the shipping was $6.95, which I felt was too much. They need to lower their shipping rates.

Other than a few items I wanted being OUT OF STOCK & the price of another item being a bit high, the SALE prices & the rebate through Mr. Rebate more than made up for it. Shipping was adequate, but some of my items were delivered broken/cracked (Plastic Canisters) it was NOT the fault of KOHLS, but clearly a UPS issue.! So, all in all I give it a solid 8 .

Kohls seems to sell out quickly...at least at this busy shopping time of the year. Several things that I tried to look at on the site "were no longer available." Free shipping and extra % discount offers are a definite plus. Shipping is not, however, extremely fast. Overall, I would give this site an 8 rating.

The only thing that I would do to improve ordering on this website is to make the shopping cart hold items longer and give it the ability to save the items in the shopping cart for retrieval later.

Kohl's is a great place to shop, whether online or in-store. They have sales, low prices, and discounts from time to time. I have compared their prices to retail and their prices are definitely lower. JC Penney's may be the closest competition to Kohl's, but Kohl's has more clothes and not much else. That is a good thing. I did place an order on the Kohl's website and got overcharged because the system did not credit me a discount, and their customer service didn't resolve the problem so I had to present the issue with my credit card company and it finally got resolved. If it wasn't for that, I had an otherwise perfect shopping experience.
