I had a good experience in going through the online store. The collection is impressive. An area of improvement is that on the site when I order something, there is no section where I can go to track the status of my order. if that can be taken care of that would be good.
The site look and feel is little bland. It can be made to look little brighter and not like a fossil which you would like to believe is the positioning of the image of the company and the brand.
