A little pricey but I love the gift boxes, fast shipping and unique items. They are great for last minute gifts. I haven't had problems with orders from them and will use again.

Totally overpriced and insanely expensive shipping for jewelry! Ordered my boyfriend a necklace for V-day and paid full price. Day after day later kept getting e-mail coupons and e-mailed customer service about 5 times asking for a price adjustment. Never received a response. Nice necklace, but I'm sure he has no idea I paid $140 for a sterling silver necklace. Expected something fancier for the price. Customer service should be improved.
