This store is very easy to shop from and the people to whom I had flowers delivered said they were beautiful. The selection is a little limited and the prices are somewhat steep, but if you need to get flowers across the country in a hurry the service is great.

Placed many orders, most come looking great while others are not so hot. But every time I call customer service, they offer me different options on how to fix the problem. Have been a user of 1800Flowers for over 7 years and still use them today.

I ordered a dozen (and a half) roses for a belated Mother's Day gift. The flowers were delivered on time, the next day as specified. The delivery charge was reasonable. My mother, who is also recovering from knee replacement surgery, was thrilled.

I will absolutely choose 1800flowers again! Their prices are good & the flowers beautiful. I really like that they send you reminders of certain dates you don’t want to forget (like mothers day, birthdays, etc..). And they take Pay Pal!

I have purchased flowers from 1800Flowers more than once and have had wonderful experiences! They offer GREAT coupons here and have a beautiful selection! I ordered once at the last minute and the flowers arrived right on time! I would use them again and again for all of the floral needs!

A very nice selection of arrangements and they were delivered on time and in great condition. The flowers and container were both beautiful. The website is easy to use and they also offer a frequent buyer service. The coupons help also! I will definitely use them again.

Flowers are just not inexpensive to send, and I've been pretty devoted to another online store. But when I checked out 1800flowers.com, I found exacty the floral arrangement I wanted to send. Customer service was great -- I mistakenly thought the flowers were to be delivered a day earlier than I asked to have them sent. It was all my mistake, but they were great. The recipients loved the arrangement.

The price for the 3 dozen roses and glass vase was good. Ordering flowers online is much easier than having to go to the florist in person or having to call since you can order at any time of the day. The flowers are much fresher than those that are shipped. The florists they have used (Philadelphia, PA area) have always delivered on the correct delivery date. I haven’t yet needed to contact customer service.

Ordered same day delivery then when I used the online tracking the next day it said it was still pending delivery. So I called customer service they could not tell if the order had been delivered. They then called the local florist who could not tell them if it was delivered because the driver had not come to work yet. I then had to call the person I sent the flower to see if they had been delivered they had. Two days later got an e-mail from them that said it was delivered but they gave the date of the e-mail as the delivery date. If you want to send flowers go to one of the search engines and look up a local and call them I wouldn’t recommend 1800flowers.

We ordered flowers to be shipped to Canada and my sister was so happy with them. Great quality for the price. Shipping was not too expensive either for international. I was also able to find a coupon code for better savings. I've reordered already 3 or 4 times since than and always been satisfy with service.

I'd like nicer, more attractive balloons. The ones offered are not colorful enough. Also, I'd like lower shipping charges.

They sent me an email with the wrong confirmation (and then when I complained they sent me another incorrect number.) They then proceeded to deliver the flowers to the wrong address.
In fairness, they did send a new batch of flowers to the correct address and rebate my shipping cost, BUT my flowers arrived two days late which sort of destroyed the whole intention of sending them.
NOT the best place to buy.

I have used 1800Flowers several times. I have always heard from the recipients that the arrangements they received were not only beautiful, but long lasting as well. Only one time did I have a problem with a delivery- the deliverer couldn't find the house- called asking to verify the address- when I confirmed the address, he stayed on the phone with driving up and down the street until he found

I love this place. I needed to send flowers out of town and this website was the best. The flowers were perfect and sent quickly. I discovered after I submitted my order that I had forgotten to enter a promo code and called customer service and they made the adjustment. I will probably never again deal with a local florist when sending flowers out of town.

I have ordered only twice from 1800 flowers, years apart, and both times have been disastrous.
Years ago, I ordered something, I don't even remember what, and it arrived dead. They refunded my money and I went elsewhere.
I attempted to use them again for Mother's Day this year, thinking that in the spans of several years, they ought to have improved. I ordered an elegant, $70, full monochromatic bouquet with lots of flowers including roses and lilies, and little greenery, in a ceramic vase. It was specifically advertised as being monochromatic, as that's what made it so elegant.
Their first fault was a late delivery-so far outside the promised window that my mom had actually left for the day. The thing was hideous, and tacky, and looked like I'd gone to the grocery store, bought a clearance bouquet, and thrown it in a vase. I immediately telephoned them and insisted on a refund. They wanted to send a replacement but I was not about to embarrass myself twice. The man gave me difficulty in agreeing to the refund. He finally agreed, which according to what I understand from friends who've been similarly victimized by a 1800 flowers bait and switch routine, is hard to get them to concede to so I was lucky.

I have used this online service several times, and I have never been disappointed. They have such a wide selection of flowers and gifts to choose from, and sometimes I've been online longer than I've meant to, just trying to make up my mind. I like the fact that they have online delivery confirmation, and every person I have purchased for has been more than pleased. I would highly recommend this store to anyone interested in sending wonderful gifts and/or flower arrangements.
