Ordered two silk wreaths which disappointed me when I received them. The quality just wasn't there. I bought them on sale, and felt as though they were overpriced. Couldnl't even imagine paying full price for them.
I purchased a garden angel on clearance which turned out to be a terrific buy! Quite a buy for the dollar! Very happy with that item.
I find that you really have to be discerning about purchases made from this catalog. Lots of good values but lots of overpriced items as well.

Great stuff but sometimes overpriced! They always have good quality merchandise. Customer Service is difficult to get answers from. Overall, it’s a pretty good experience.

Lillian Vernon usually has coupons available which is good. I find the shipping can be high but coupons often offer free shipping. The clearance sales are pretty great. I bought a bunch of Christmas stuff dirt cheap in the spring. I had a problem with a scratched personalized item. No problem with customer service, they sent a return label and it was replaced immediately.

What a nice place to shop! I love their sales and shipping is fast! A lot of the products are amercian made. I've never had a problem with their products or service so I couldn't tell you how the customer service department is.

It would be helpful if sale items were marked not available before they were ordered. Many times I was thrilled ordering an item only to be disappointed when it was not delivered.
