They had what I was looking for but ordered Nov. 30 for a Christmas gift . They sent an e-mail stating it shipped on Dec 4 and would arrived no later than Dec 18 on Dec 24 it still hadn't arrived I have e-mailed them 3 times and never received a single response. I did however receive my order on Dec 28. I do wonder what would have happened if it never arrived since they still didn't respond to my 3 e-mails.

When I ordered I gave all the information requested only to find out a few days later that they needed more information. Unfortunately I paid more money to have the order sent 2 day delivery. No need to say that the 2 day delivery did not happen in the timeframe I expected.

DVD Planet is one of my favorite online places to shop! Their frequent specials are often the best values to be found on many DVD titles. I've had no problems with DVD Planet that weren't quickly, easily and completely resolved to my satisfaction.

The lowest prices around for DVDs. Great selection of popular DVDs but their selection of opera DVDs could be improved. In addition, there is free shipping with no required purchase limit.
