The web site is very dated and some of the items I wanted were not available. But what a bargain for pillows, sheets and towels. I was all set to buy a particular pillow from Macys's when for some reason I decided to do an online price comparison. I discovered the same pillow at Pacific Coast Feather for less than half the price. I added my name to their mailing list. Two months later they sent an email informing me about their once a year 50% off everything sale. 50% OFF EVERTHING SALE. I SAVED OVER $300 . One minor complaint is that the boxes they used for shipping seemed a little flimsy.
