I love K-Mart, but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I've had a couple of minor problems and the Sears/K-Mart customer service is completely worthless. None of the reps know ANYTHING about how to deal with their customers.

Usually can find a good sale on this site. Shipping is reasonable and I received my item quickly. Not a huge selection, so I usually go on the site when I am trying to find something specific.

I bought a Halloween costume for my son. It didn't take me long to get the product, and that was great because I needed it as soon as possible. Though I had a hard time to figure out the right size, I am satisfied overall.

Good prices on everyday items, especially if one is unable to get to a nearby store and if one wants to avoid the other Mart retailer which seems to be everywhere.

Thanks for having the item in stock. In addition to having the right price, as compared it to other stores, they had it at the lowest price. I also liked the fact that you could chose what shipping method to use to ship the parcel.
