I received ladies watches that were not as advertised. I called customer service and mentioned my displeasure. They promptly refunded my money and said that I could keep the watches for the trouble.

Do NOT expect to receive items ordered quickly. It usually takes 6 weeks or more for them to even ship the item. They have sent me 'mailed item notices' only to refund the money after I did not receive the item. Customer service has taken more than a week to answer any question. I have ordered items and open the packaging only to find that it is used when they listed it as new. I have had to contact them five times for items received that were broken. Unless you are willing to wait 2 months for a refund or for them to send the item you ordered, you should not buy from this company.

Odered 1 carat diamond earrings that were supposed to be GIA certified at $3800.00, received a pair with GIA certificate for $1900.00. Emailed company to return them will not accept returns!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Dishonest, Distrustful company!
Very hard to contact as well, only though emails!
