I have ordered from Domestications plenty of times. The products are ok quality, definitely not to last years and years. however the prices are to match it. The product quality goes along with the price. The shipping and shipping notifications are good. You get an email with every shipment notification. The shipping is fairly quick. Customer Service is not bad. The variety of Products is pretty good.

I've been shopping with Domestications for years, and particularly enjoy their bed-in-a-bag sets. One can change the entire look of a bedroom for a very reasonable price. Their quilt sets are very pretty, but don't hold up very well however, they're inexpensive enough that one doesn't feel bad using them for only one season.
I'm rating customer service low, because when I called to tell them that they included some items in my order that I neither ordered nor was charged for and wanted to make arrangements to send them back, the CS rep made a remark along the lines of, "Oh, I guess you're not keeping it because it doesn't match your decor." No, I wasn't keeping it because it wasn't mine to keep that was rude and insulting!

The thing that bothers me about this site is they always send me email coupons right after I place an order!! You won't use because you just ordered and they have a quick expiration date.
The Mr. Rebates free shipping coupon of orders 75+, which expires soon , isn't working. I emailed customer service and haven't gotten a response yet.
But I always like what I receive from them so I will continue to order. I also like being able to break the payments up over three months.
It is a love/hate relationship.

I've made several purchases from Domestications. Some have gone better than others. Bedding that I ordered was wonderful and has held up well. I also ordered an outdoor patio set which didn't go as well. When it arrived, the package was beat up and falling apart, half the pieces were missing and some were broken badly. I contacted Domestications who arranged for a pickup of the item. Unfortunately, rather than send a replacement they simply refunded my money. I would rather have had the replacement, but when I figured out what had happened the product was already sold out and I was unable to reorder. All in all, their products and service are good.

I would have given Domestications a 9 or 10 on the overall rating, except the customer service issue I had. For some reason, when I clicked to add my product to my cart, it changed the size on the product from Full to Twin. When I sent a message to customer service, they told me they were unable to change the order for me but I could cancel the order and replace it. This seemed like a very simple request that most stores will do for you with ease. Overall, aside from this issue, the products they have are a good value for the price and the shipping is generally very quick.

I had some difficulty in finding the product with the search engine. However, the pricing was excellent. The item shipped immediately and was as stated in the ad. Overall, a good experience and I would order from them again.

Domestications online carries all the regular stuff that the catalog offers. Plus, they also have items in previous catalogs, making holding onto the paper catalogs unnecessary. It's a great source for those hard to fit windows and their bed linens are always a delight. Orders arrive on time and right.
