I received back order notification shortly after placing the order. I attempted contact via email to inquire as to how many items were on back order and length of wait. After no response, I sent a second email to cancel order per their instructions. I receiving shipping notification several weeks later. I again contacted that I had cancelled order, emailing 2 different addresses and still zero response. I am now in process of returning and getting charges off my credit card. My issue is not settled yet. I will never order from them again as their customer service is terrible. Don't be tempted by low prices - you get what you pay for!
