Absolutely horrible customer service. They charge at the time of ordering. The product I ordered was delayed by the manufacturer for about 6 weeks. I had to purchase a similar item at a local store before it became available. The customer service e-mail and phone line both gave frustrating generic answers and would not address canceling the order and giving a refund. I would have continued to use this store for other related products if my first experience hadn't been so inconvenient and disappointing.
