My order with them arrived almost one month late after Christmas 2007. I was informed the order would be late. After received the order in middle of January, I requested the store send me a pre-paid shipping label due to their mistake and lateness. I was told in 2 different phone conversations by 2 different reps that the label was in the mail. I called again today after not receiving the label was told there is no way they will pay for shipping and that I must have misunderstood both reps. The Customer Service Supervisor was rude and would rather loose my business and did not care what kind of review I provided. I would never order from them nor recommend them.
