My shopping experience with Hallmark's website was a positive one. I found a great Christmas CD and a neat gift book in their clearance items. I received normal email follow-up and my order arrived quickly.

Hallmark has great flower arrangements that are always delivered IN A BOX, meaning you have to put the flowers in water, but the flowers come in one piece, fresh and beautiful, so it is worth the tiny effort. They are always on time in my experience, and the recipient is always so pleased not with just the flowers but the vases and cards too. You can also use the site from overseas, and store key addresses in your account, which is very convenient. For me probably the easiest and most tasteful of online flower site and services, especially for the money. They have very civilized prices and specials.

This site has great flowers. Their customer service is so good! I had a problem last year with some flowers that were wilted from the cold. They immediately sent out a new bouquet! They have great coupons offered on Mr. Rebates also!

I sent flowers to my mom through Hallmark and while their prices are just ok, their flowers were beautiful!! Also, if you combine Hallmark with Mr. Rebates, you get a pretty good deal. They have a great selection of flowers and cards, plus Christmas ornaments, and, if you are a gold crown member, you get points too!!
