Been buying Coldwater Creek for a while. Most clothing items high quality. Have to watch t-shirts and knit shirts as a few of mine shrunk in the length. They have best quality if buying blouses and skirts and jackets and pants. Prices high but when you can catch your size in the outlet, it's a great bargain.

Their clothes are for real people, not just for models, and are classic in design for the most part, so your can wear them for years. They are also well made, and if something does not come up to their standards, they are good about returns and refunds. I also like the way they write up their descriptions of the merchandise -- it also is very creative. I usually buy things on sale, so the pricing is very favorable for the quality.

Coldwater Creek offers an upscale look at moderate prices, but their shipping charges are extremely high. They don't offer a variety of colors on most of their items, so you are limited in that respect. The quality is what you pay for; most of their pants are stretch, even their so-called denim jeans. I only buy from them if I really like an outfit in their catalog and if it's the type of clothes that would look good in their "fake" fabric!

I've shopped at Coldwater Creek for years. Their prices may be high, but the sales and coupons are amazing and often. One thing to note - get to the website early when there are sales, items sell out quite quickly! There is now a Coldwater Creek store nearby, and I still prefer the website - better selection, sales, etc.
All apparel and decorating/gift items I've purchased have been exactly as described or better.
I've had only positive experience with customer service. Two calls were about clothing sizes and actual colors, and the customer service reps couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. One call was about a double delivery - I received my shipment twice, though was charged once. I called to get a return shipping label, and they asked me to keep the items, no charge!

Coldwater Creek has beautiful clothing & accessories. Their website is easy to navigate & the check-out process is simple.
Their prices are on the high side, but they do offer good coupon codes & have a great "sale" section with wonderful bargains. In addition, once or twice a year there is a 50% off sale with 50% off the entire site.
On-line "chat" customer service isn't so great. I found the CS reps to be rude & not helpful at all when I had the need to contact them.
Overall, I would recommend Coldwater Creek & I certainly will continue to shop there. If I have the need to contact customer service in the future, I will probably do it by phone rather than rely on their "chat" or e-mail options.

I love to shop the outlet at Coldwater Creek. Their prices are great. Sign up for an account and you will get amazing coupons sent to you. The only thing that I do not like is that you cannot match up items by exact color. Therefore, I call into Customer Service and they have people who are more than willing to help you build an outfit.

Overall good website; improved from last time i used it except that it's still very frustrating that many items still shown as available are actually unavailable when you click on them to select that item. Please delete items from online inventory that are no longer available! Otherwise it's a very pleasant shopping experience.

The website is sometimes difficult to use, i.e. it is difficult to search unless you have a specific item number. If you want to search for black pants, for example, the search engine requires a catalog number or an item number. Shipping is too high. Other than that, they have good sales and give discounts in various places.

Coldwater Creek offers great quality merchandise. If you can catch one of their email promotional codes, the prices can be great. I only wish the website offered you the option to view more items on each page. It can get tedious flipping through the "pages" when viewing merchandise. Returns are handled very well, also.
