My instructions stated that specific items had to be included in my shipment, or the order should not be placed. (note: Asian Food Grocer charges a minimum $6.95 fee) I asked that they call with questions, but did not hear from them.
The shipment arrived, and none of the required items were included.
I informed Customer Service that I would wait for the items to be in stock, and requested a price guarantee and no shipping fee, since this was their error.
I think my request was more than fair. Do you think Asian Food Grocer agreed to my request to make good on their error?
Ha! This long-standing customer who will not shop there again.
