I usually shop in store, but with their discount on shipping special, I placed on line order. Finding scents on line that I couldn't find in the store is why I ordered. EasY ordering process, but I would like to see an email confirmation of the order.

I've been a customer for years and I highly recommend the Bath&Body Works shopping experience. Product selection is good, shipping is fast and customer service is responsive. They do want to please you and make sure you come back. Some of the products you get online and in stores are different and sometimes their prices for the same item online is cheaper than it is in their stores. Their shipping costs can add up though but if you wait for their discounted shipping offers, it's a great experience. I'd recommend going to the stores to smell their products first and then order online but if you've bought something online that you don't really like, they'll let you exchange it at the store.

While the in-store experience affords more opportunity to use coupons, etc., the web site has a huge variety of goodies not found in the brick and mortar stores. Shipping is fast, although it can be expensive for a large order. Fortunately, they offer discounted shipping frequently. I have had 2 experiences with customer service that tell me they truly believe in satisfying the customer. The first time, one of my items was missing. Not only did they supply the item, but also sent me a gift card for my trouble! The second time, one of the candles I purchased had a small crack at the top of the jar. They replaced the jar without question and send it express. You can't get better than that!
