I ordered an item that clearly stated to be shipped out within 24 hours on a Friday. I waited until Tuesday night, still no shipping confirmation from HealthCheck Systems, so I sent an email inquiry. The only thing the customer service can say is that the items is mislabled, and it can be shipped in about a week. I asked for a confirmation ship date, and it's Thursday now, still cannot be confirmed. I had to cancel this order. Hopefully, there will be no hassle with crediting back my credit card account.
If you wish to order from this store, please make sure you call them about availability first. But even then, I am not sure if they would be honestly enough or have updated inventory information to provide.
I would have given them a 1 STAR. But the customer service is somewhat polite. Very disappointing experience overall!
