I purchased some software from PC Tools for an older computer which died about two weeks later. I hoped they might give me at least a partial credit since I'd barely used the year-long service, and the operating system on my new computer was not compatible with my purchase. To my delight, they fully refunded my purchase costs. The products I purchased were good, and how can you beat this kind of customer service?
