Not very customer friendly!! Placed order on a Wednesday with upgraded shipping (1-3 days) because the website stated the sandals would ship out that same day but they didn't ship out until the following day. So even though I upgraded my shipping, because the shoes did not ship until the following day, they did not arrive until the following week (almost a week from the order date). I emailed customer service but they just replied stating they didn't refund shipping charges. I only ordered through them because they were the ones that had the color and size I wanted but I won't order from them again

All I can say is WOW, I ordered at around 3pm and it arrived the very next day at my door. I had a quick question for customer service and they were very pleasant and showed me how to access my account. I would defiantly buy again, plus the free shipping is amazing.

Ordered boots 12/19 as of 12/24 they have not shipped. Online chat doesn't work and they haven't responded to 2 emails regarding status of order.
