Very disappointing. I ordered a fresh flow automatic waterer from them because their price was competitive and they advertised free shipping for orders over $49. I had unexpected difficulties with their website. That's unsual because I have done most of my shopping online for years. The intitial problems were with the site refusing to accept my perfectly valid credit card and with Customer Service not responding to my email queries.
I should add here that I had clicked several times to read their policy about free shipping on orders over $49. However, it speaks about orders under $49 so did not seem to apply. Also, there have been some changes on the website each day, including some posting of "FOB."
I finally comnpleted my transaction (in which I purchased some extra things like treats in order to reach a $49+ purchase. It APPEARED I'd gotten free shipping, but when I got the confirmation receipt discovered I'd been charged some shipping costs. I've now had more email exchanges with them in which they say their policy is posted. I've contended the policy is confusing and misleading. They refuse to refund my shipping costs.
Here's the real policy: on any order over $49, items weighing more than 3 lbs, carry shipping costs. Whatever weighs less ships free. I suggested they simplify what they say about the policy by saying that there are weight restrictions to the free shipping policy. Anything over 3 lbs is charged shippping.
That's really all they need to do. And it's obvious they often make changes to their website.
Finally, they do say they have a 150% low price guarantee. I didn't plan to do this because I anticipated free shipping. Now I'll contact them to get the price refund. I now know it would have been far less frustrating to done business with the other company..
