There are a couple GNC products that I really like. However, when I ordered from them online, there was a disparity in the bill I received immediately after purchase (on line) and the one I received when the package arrived. After several email messages and phone calls from them to rectify this, I finally just gave up. (My credit card bill for that month closed between the time I ordered and the time the package arrived. The amount was also small, so I wrote it off as a message not to order from them again.)
Also, it was obvious that I received several canned messages from customer service and that they either were not reading, or were not understanding, my messages. What a pain, and simply not worth it. If I want one of the GNC products I want, I now just order it through drugstore.com. No more of this inconsistent price nonsense.
