Very hard to call customer service. Waited on the phone for 10 minutes and still never talked to an operator. Need more phone operators during business hours. This is a national chain for goodness sake. Get more operators. Website also initially has you opting for the more expensive shipping option, you have to manually choose the value shipping option.

They have a huge selection of games. My game arrived in perfect condition and was shipped fast. Prices are cheaper than Wal-Mart. It is great place to shop if you are looking for an older game also. I would definitely recommend.

I found this website to be extremely easy to locate products on. I purchased the game that I bought because the price was the most competitive price that I came across. I had checked a few other websites and found that this website was user friendly and the pricing was better.
