Merchandise really never changes. Does need to restock and expand. Decent prices but do keep in mind that the consumer always has to pay a "Handling Charge". I have purchased the exact same items from other online stores that Dr. Leonard's carry for the exact same price and did NOT have to pay a Handling Charge.
