Drs. Foster and Smith is my favorite online pet supply source. Other than a little Mom & Pop shop that I go to, this is the only other place I purchase supplies for my dog, cat, and parrot. They offer a huge selection of merchandise for just about any pet imagineable, and they're prices are very competitive, too.

I just ordered Flea Meds on the 13th. They had a great sale on it for a limited time and the price was really good. plus free shipping. I've ordered before and was always pleased with their easy site. Fast shipping. They have a great selection of toys and such. Since I have not had a problem, I've not used their customer service. I will continue to use this site.

I use Drs. Foster and Smith products on a limited basis. First, I'm very cautious about what I feed my cat, and I'm not a fan of the nutritional value of their brand of food products. Second, they are generally on the expensive side. Third, I live in an area with ample "healthy" pet food stores. That said, I've found some good deals on kitty toys, and they do offer some helpful health information for your pet on their website.

I wish that the products would be shipped in a more timely manner. It is hard to gauge when I will get the product ,so hard to know when I need to order the product. Other than that, I love the products and they carry a large variety. I like that they will send me a cats only catalog too so I don't have to go through the entire catalog trying to find what I am looking for in the dog or bird section. They are great and returning is easy also.

I have been purchasing items from Drs Foster and Smith for the past 6 months. I have a 6 month old golden retriever and I find that they have just about everything I need. Also, their prices are lower than other places that I have looked at. I can count on Drs Foster and Smith for a reasonable price and quality items. I will continue to shop there for all of my pet needs.

Drs. Foster & Smith is always a great store for all of your pet needs. I like the selection for all types of pets, as well as wild birds and squirrels. Their pricing is always very competitive. Shipping prices can be a little high if you are only ordering small items, but not bad if you are ordering heavier items. Customer service is always great. They ship promptly and items are always well packed. Overall, a great place to shop.

I have been buying from this company for years. Great service, product arrived when they promised, and order was correct. Great prices in comparison to other shops for Tropical fish supplies.
Only downside when ordering with this company is shipping costs, little high but is usually offset by the savings on products and no sales tax. Another perk is that finally a 5% cash back rebate is offered as coupons are hard to come by. Still A+ in my books!
