Babies R Us has a great selection of quality baby products. However, the customer service is horrible. One of the items I ordered was damaged in shipping and I had to go to Target at the last minute (before the baby shower I was attending) to replace it. When I went to return the item at my closest Babies R Us store (40 minutes away), they would not credit the amount I paid - the return policy is to credit the lowest price for the item. This is WITH A RECEIPT. I had my order printout detailing the prices for the items and the shipping slip that was included in the package, which also detailed the prices for the items. Other online merchants with physical stores refund the amount paid with a receipt. Poor customer service - BabyCenter.com, Target.com, and Walmart.com are MUCH better.

I am always very pleased with Babies R Us. I order from them quite often for gift needs and they are always very easy to order from and quick to get my order to me. Also, I am so thankful that they will send my order directly to another address. It makes it so easy to handle the everyday tasks in our busy lives.

This is my first experience with the Babies R Us site. I bought through the gift registry. I had no problem searching and finding the person's registry list. During my first search the item I wanted to buy was not currently available online, however, they have a service that they will email you when the item becomes available. The next day I received an email stating that it was now available. So I was able to order the item I wanted after all without going all the way to their store which is not close to my home. I was happy!

I ordered from a baby registry from this site. It was easy to find the registry and purchase off of it. Only issue was shipping-it varies according to item rather than purchase price. This forced me to keep adding items to my cart to see what shipping would cost. Not the end of the world though.

The website was very clear and easy to use. The items I wanted were in stock and reasonable priced. And I was especially amazed at how fast and accurate the delivery was. It was one of the easiest online shopping experiences I have ever had.

First time ordering online with this company, very easy to navigate through the website. I haven't received the item yet, but I'm confident that if there's any problems the company will quickly resolve it. Love the store and now I can shop at home!

I recently shopped at Babies R Us to purchase a shower gift. Shopping was so easy going through the registry. I was able to find a gift quickly and ordered without any problems.
