OK website. They ship very quickly and products are exactly what you expect with no surprises. There are a lot of warts, though. I find it very difficult to keep track of what their current "deals" are - free shipping on some things but not on others, seems to be the most puzzling. There are huge shipping costs on small items that don't fall into their current shipping promotion. I tried to order three decks of cards from them and ended up with around $17 in shipping costs. They pushed PayPal at one point, offering discounts for payment through this media, yet when I tried to pay for a DSI through this service, I was informed that it wasn't available.

I made online purchases over the holidays from at least 25 websites. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I've had. After spending hours on the phone with customer service and finally having my credit card company handle the dispute, I received credit for items they charged and did not ship over 2 months ago.

I ordered two of the same items in one order. It turned out to be a nightmare. They packed only one in the shipping box and charged me fully. Contacting customer service was difficult and they were not helpful either.

Toys R Us offers great deals on toys and your baby needs. They sometime don't have a item in stock but will notify you via e-mail when it is available for purchase again. They offer fair shipping rates and really nice promotion codes and coupons. Shipping time is always acceptable and prompt.

So many things to look at on the site that it can be difficult to focus. For example, if you are looking for a gift for someone but not sure what to buy. I did see something in the clearance section that I had bought elsewhere for double the price. I learned that I will want to check Toys R Us next time!

Toys R Us online has a fantastic selection, runs sales frequently and seems to be on of the sites that you can easily find coupon codes for. The only problem I ever have with them is that they do not tend to package their items for shipment adequately. I just purchased a Fast Talkin Lightning Mcqueen - a $40 toy and it arrived in a box twice its size with one airbag for cushion. It was easily able to slide around etc.
Even with the sloppy packaging I have only had one thing arrived damaged and I have to admit they exchanged it with no problem at all. It must not be too big of a problem because I keep shopping there and I'm sure I'll be back often as we head toward the holidays.

I am very happy with online offering through this company. Orders are easy to place, shipped fast and cost effective as opposed to driving to the store. Selection is good, if not better than the store, based on availability of the item.

Prices are a little steep. I called all the Toys R Us stores in the northern part of the state and they didn't have what I wanted and I couldn't have them order it for me and pick it up it had to be shipped to my house. It was pricey to ship. As far as the online process, it was smooth.

This is my first purchase with Toys R Us since they relaunched their site. It was a very pleasing shopping experience. It was easy to find the product I wanted and the prices were comparable to other places. I got an email confirmation after placing my order and after the shipping of my order. I would recommend shopping with them.
