Sales are fantastic...periodically additional savings are offered. High regular prices, but if you wait for sales (not always at the end of the season!), you can get some great buys. Free shipping offered with $100. purchase...fast delivery and great customer service. I shop often and have never been disappointed. Recommend...at least check out the website often!

Product selection online is not as good as in the stores. Also, prices are a lot higher online. You can shop department store sales and get the clothes for a lot cheaper. Also, shipping and handling is outrageous!

Liz Claiborne has a great website, and they have some awesome sales too!
My last ordering experience was way too much fun....on that day they had 50% off the already reduced prices, and I found some jaw-dropping bargains. Unfortunately, a few days later, I was notified by email that 3 of the 5 items I had ordered were not available; very disappointing.
I find the site is easy to maneuver, has good shots ot the products, and plenty of product info. The clothing selection is good, but I would really like to see a larger selection in the accessories, namely, shoes and jewelry.
