We hesitantly ordered an exercise bike from MC Sports--we were concerned about shipping which was free on many models as well as possible returns if the product was damaged or defective. We had no reason to worry. Everything was perfect -- the shipping was timely, the package was perfect, assembly was easy, etc. We will definitely consider future purchase from MC.
