I placed an order with this company 4 weeks ago. I received a confirmation of my original order; however, as the weeks went by I never received any shipping information. I emailed customer service and did not get a reply. I went online to check my order status (again) only to find my order had been cancelled as the product was not available.
The company never bothered to tell me my order had been cancelled. I guess I am used to buying from internet companies that communicate with their customers. I will not purchase from this site again.
