I've ordered from them twice. The first time was ok,
But the second time, they only send me partial of the things I've ordered.
The funny thing was that all the items on the packing slip was checked...
So I've contact the costumer service and ask if I can receive. the missing items within a week, due to they were gifts for my mom, and she was leaving the country the following week after I received the incomplete package. Or they can refund me the money for the missing items.
So, the costumer service told me that they will process the refund.
Few weeks later, I've received the missing items,which I don't need.
So I contact them again, telling them I don't need the product anymore, I'll send the product back to them and refund me the money.
This had happened in August....and has not been solved yet....
Didn't they say their costumer service reply within 24 hours?????
So think again if you'd like to shop with them...

This website has very bad customer service and delay my order for three weeks. If you try to call the customer phone service, you won't expect someone can pick up phone and answer your problems. They seems only allowed you to fill the service form online and they said they will reply in 1 to 2 days or less. However, I got answer just after two days and they already charged me before sending my order. I won't buy anything from this website again.

I would NOTrecommend this store at all. The prices are good and the website is easy to use, but that is no good if it takes 30 days to get your order. I placed an order 17 days ago and it still has not shipped. When I tried to call the 800 number, it refers you to their website for inquiries. It took 3 days to answer the 1st inquiry. All items I ordered showed in stock and should ship in 24 hours. They backordered one item but still have not shipped the rest of the items that they supposedly had in stock. IF I ever get my order, it will be the last from this company. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company. I have had to go to a retail store & purchase items that I ran out off waiting for this order. Not much of a savings when that happen!!

It's a store combining vitamins, groceries and body care products. You can get a free shipping and sign up for the offers which will allow you to get an additional 20% off an entire order. I love buying healthy snacks here and organic chocolate. If you like using all natural skin care, the items are very compatetive by the price.
