I purchase many computer related products from Tiger Direct. They have a large selection of computer hardware, which is great. The pricing is among the lowest out there. Shipping is incredibly fast. Seems like it just takes a day or two! No problems with anything from TigerDirect. I will continue to shop with them.

The website was easy to navigate. The store had many choices but I was disappointed because the item I ordered ended up being on backorder. I called them and they were nice enough on the phone, but still they didn't have the items in stock. I had to cancel the item that I wanted and ordered from another store.

I have bought my refurbished 20gb Xbox 360 for $150 from TigerDirect and I am happy. TigerDirect has probably the best selection and prices on numerous computers and electronics as I can tell from their newsletter that I subscribe to. Almost everyday I will get an email about all these great deals on computers, TVs, electronics, and many other items. TigerDirect is a site you should definitely check out if you want to find great deals on technology.

I have been buying pc parts and electronics from TD for years. Their prices are the lowest and the customer service is the best. I will use TD for all my purchases as long as they are around.

We use TigerDirect a lot for computer parts and accessories. The prices are almost always cheaper than competitors' and shipping is very quick. I ordered something for Easter on the Monday before, not expecting to receive it by Easter and it arrived on Friday! Overall, I think it's a great site!

While my ratings are based on only one experience with TigerDirect, it was a stellar experience. Their site was easy to navigate, they had the best price on the internet for the product I was seeking, and ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was likwise flawless, so the buying experience was top notch. In addition, I was then contacted by phone by an account manager from the educational division because they had seen my order and noticed I had not used the educational site to place it even though I was ordering for a University. Outstanding! They went out of their way to ensure I got the best pricing and got the best customer care.

TigerDirect has a good selection of products from inexpensive computer systems to the supplies for do-it-yourself computer building. I like how detailed their website is, with lots of helpful pictures. Their shipping time is excellent. Their customer service is courteous and very helpful. There was a bit of a wait time on the phone, but it wasn't too bad. I'll definitely be back!

I found the entire buying experience very easy.
This retailer offers a wide variety of electronic and computer products at very competitive prices.
I usually avoid stores that charge for shipping and offer products with after sale rebates.
TigerDirect is the exceptional retailer that has a very low price for a unit with fair shipping costs and a simple on-line rebate.

TigerDirect is a good company to buy from, orders are processed fast and usually received a few days after you order. I have come across a few typos on their website. This led to some confusion; because I didn’t receive what I actually ordered. Their shipping is a little bit on the high side. Although the lower prices make it a little easier paying the higher shipping.

Overall, TigerDirect is a reputable company to buy from, You can feel secure that when you order online that your order will be processed quickly and efficiently. The credit card part of it is very secure. The only con is the occasional typo on their website. This has led to some confusion as to what part I have actually ordered/will be receiving. All in all, I have ordered from them several times and will continue to do business with them in the future.
