I ordered several items as Christmas presents for my nephew. Not really knowing much about music, it was very appreciated the way items were described, the ease of ordering, and the quick shipping. My nephew was really happy with the quality of everything he got from this store. So happy, in fact, that his Dad now checks the site often, and has even joined Mr. Rebates through my refer a friend invite!

This store probably have the biggest product selection available, but you can find lower price somewhere else often.
This store have free shipping for the order from $99, while for example SameDayMusic.com have it for orders from $49.
But still, one of the best overall.

Musician's Friend has great prices on a wide variety of products. As with any commodity available today, you will occasionally get something that's not up to par. With Musician's Friend, no problem! They have one of the best customer service departments in the business if you should find that you need them. I have nothing to complain about and I've bought from them many times through the years!

The selection at Musician's Friend is quite large which is good if you are "shopping" for instruments or gear. On my most recent trip I was specifically looking for guitar strings, and was able to order not only the Elixir brand which I normally use, but the D'Addario equivalent to try out. When I shop locally I normally do not experiment as the prices are higher and the selection not as compelling, but the prices at Musician's Friend are lower than the local stores, and I don't have to wait to be served while the salesman is tuning up his guitar.
