Wrong item was received but customer service sent the correct item that arrived in 2 days and even let me keep the wrong item at no charge to make up for the error. Customer service like this just doesn't exist elsewhere!

I am an internet shopper and visit here for unique gifts. The site is easy to navigate. Pricing is okay, specials are great. Shipping is prompt even during the holiday season.
For educational toys, DVDs and books they cannot be beat.

The web site was easy to use. The description of the products was excellent. I also joined their paassport rewards club for future discounts since I will buy more products at a future date.

The products here can sometimes be a bit overpriced. They do have sales sometimes with really great deals though. The store ships in a good amount of time but shipping can sometimes be expensive. It was easy to order my electronic Sudoku game and it arrived neatly packaged. I'll shop here again.
